Multi-tenant industrial building sold in West Haven

An industrial warehouse space in West Haven’s Lakeside business park area has been sold for $3.4 million.

West Haven-based Lakeside Associates and principals John Degrand and Susan Conlon sold the property to Stamford-based Hood Terrace West LLC and principal David Rubin in a deal recorded Sept. 30. 

The 59,000-square-foot light industrial building at 115 Hood Terrace was built in 1988 and sits on 4.3 acres.

It features 49,000 square feet of warehouse, and office space.

It is a multi-tenant commercial center located near the West Haven train station and Route 162.

Tenants in the industrial park include the American Soft Linen company and Hands On Moving service.

The property has a total appraised value of $2.1 million, according to city land records.
