Richard “Rick” Mullins, Jr. was appointed vice president of business development at Plantsville sign manufacturer Sign Pro Inc., responsible for business development, commercial and express sales management, and marketing.
Mullins previously worked as executive assistant to the president and director of Central Connecticut State University’s Institute of Technology and Business Development.
