The National Center for Aerospace Leadership at the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology in East Hartford named Robert E. Mansfield Jr. director. Previously, Mansfield was the director of global supply chain services at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. He is also retired from the United States Air Force.
