Watkinson School in Hartford named Debra Cauchon director of development. Previously, Cauchon was director of development at the Williston Northampton School in Massachusetts.
Mindy S. Tompkins joined Reid and Riege in Hartford as an associate in the health care practice group. Tompkins is a graduate of Western New England College School of Law.

Paul S. Burdick joined The Spencer Turbine Co. in Windsor as vice president of sales and marketing. Most recently, Burdick was vice president of sales and marketing at Hoffman Air and Filtration in Syracuse, New York.
The Hartford Financial Service Group in Simsbury appointed Daniel Andriola chief financial officer of the Institutional Solutions Group within its U.S. Wealth Management division. Previously, Andriola was chief financial officer of The Hartford Life’s Private Placement business and is currently HLPP’s chief administration officer.
