Hartford Restaurant Group, the Hartford-based parent company of about 10 Greater Hartford restaurants, including the Wood-n-Tap brand, appointed three new directors.
Chanthoeun Thanh will serve as culinary director, Bryan Demers is now director of operations and Lindsay Finnemore is director of training and development.Â
Thanh, a veteran chef, previously worked as head chef and general manager at Que Whisky Kitchen in Southington; Demers previously worked as general manager of the Wood-n-Tap in Hamden and Finnemore most recently worked as general manager at Wood-n-Tap’s Southington location.

David Martinelli was promoted to chief marketing officer and Judy Newman-Locke was hired as vice president of human resources management at Uncasville-based Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment.
Martinelli previously served as chief marketing officer for Mohegan Sun’s flagship Connecticut casino. Newman-Locke previously worked as senior director of global human resources for New York-based The Leading Hotels of the World Ltd.

Bloomfield health insurer Cigna has named Noelle Eder global chief information officer, who will lead the company’s global technology strategy.
Eder previously served as chief information and digital officer at Virginia-based Hilton Worldwide Holdings.
