Dr. Gina Conflitti has been named chief medical officer at Cigna, where she will handle the company’s rapidly expanding national Medicare Advantage business.
Conflitti is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine, a Fellow in the American College of Physicians and is licensed in Arizona.

Dale Stewart and George Diakolambrianos have joined NTB Bank, a New York-based community bank that operates in six states, including Connecticut, as senior commercial relationship manager and commercial banking specialist, respectively.
Stewart most recently served as commercial relationship manager for TD Bank. Diakolambrianos previously served as monetary loan servicing specialist for United Bank.

State Rep. Gregory Haddad is now coordinator of operations and community relations at the Hartford Consortium for Higher Education, where he will be responsible for advancing education and strengthening our region’s economic, cultural and social life.
Haddad, a Democratic representative in Connecticut’s state House, is also a member of the New England Board of Higher Education.

Megan Trask was promoted to the position of managing advisor and director of the investment committee at Connecticut Wealth Management, LLC, a registered investment advisor. Trask will be responsible for the development and implementation of the organization’s target investment portfolios.
Trask joined CTWM in 2017, and has assisted clients in determining financial goals and developing plans to help reach them.

Justin Kromer was hired as a substation electrical design leader at Wallingford construction services firm Burns & McDonnell, where he will lead a growing team of substation engineers supporting a wide range of substation projects throughout the Northeast.

Bloomfield-based PDS Engineering & Construction Inc. announced the hiring of Matt Belcher as a project manager, Matt Gwozdecke as a marketing coordinator and Anthony Portonova as an estimator.
Belcher has 25 years of experience in design build and construction management practices, Gwozdecke recently graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in digital marketing and Portonova recently graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a degree in civil engineering.
