The International Council of Shopping Centers has appointed seven members as volunteer officers for the state of Connecticut: Wayne Cobleigh, GZA Geo Environmental Inc. of Simsbury, has been appointed state director; Dusty S. McMahan, Konover Development Corp. in East Hartford, will chair the Government Relations Committee; Kurt A. Prochorena, BSC Group, Inc. in Glastonbury, and Peggy Brennan, City of Meriden, will co-chair the Alliance Private Sector; Denise L. Robidoux, WS Development Associates LLC in Canton, will be operations chair; Richard S. Korris, Northeast Retail Leasing & Mgmt Co. LLC in Windsor, has been appointed retail chair; and Shannon K. Rutherford, Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. in Middletown, will be next generation chair. In addition, Brad M. Hutensky, The Hutensky Group in Hartford, has been appointed division vice president for the eastern division. All appointments are for the 2010-2011 term.

Union Savings Bank has promoted Belinda Ireland to senior vice president, loan servicing, and Georgina Sherman to senior vice president, audit manager. Ireland began with Union Savings Bank as a teller in 1984, then worked for Norwalk Savings Society and Greenwood Bank, both in Bethel, before returning to Union Savings in 1992. Sherman began with Union Savings Bank in 2003, serving as assistant vice president, senior auditor, vice president, assistant audit manager and vice president, audit manager. Before joining Union Savings Bank, Sherman served as vice president, operations consultant at Wachovia and as senior auditor at Union Trust, First Union and Wachovia.
Also, the bank has appointed five new vice presidents: Olya Conterez to vice president, loan servicing development and record management; Judith LaBella to vice president, retail business development officer, Stony Hill office; Susan Magersuppe to vice president, loan servicing; Ivan Shiffman to vice president, retail business development officer, Brookfield Four Corners office, and Scott Kozek to vice president, sales training specialist. Saint Joseph College appointed Audrey Tanner as vice president for enrollment management. In her new role, Tanner will oversee the Offices of Admissions and Student Financial Services. She most recently served as vice president of enrollment management and student affairs at San Francisco Art Institute.

Feinberg, who began his career in New York, has held creative positions at McCann Worldgroup, Publicis, TBWA/Chiat Day and BBDO. During his career, he has created award-winning work for brand leaders such as Volvo, Verizon Wireless, Reebok, Absolut, and GlaxoSmithKline.
