Rob Ronning has joined PAAS LLC in Plainville as director of operations, responsible for custom third-party logistics, supply chain and material handling services, including shipping and distribution, sales and retail support, and literature fulfillment. He moves from director of operations for Office Furniture Rental Alliance, a division of BKM Total Office. PAAS was established this year by the owners and senior managers of World Fulfillment LLC.

Todd E. Cusano has joined Business Risk Partners in Windsor as the underwriting manager for professional liability. Cusano has served as an assistant vice president for Allied World Assurance Company/Darwin National Assurance Co. and was an executive underwriter and claims consultant with The Hartford. He began his career practicing law with Updike, Kelly and Spellacy in Hartford. He has served as editor-in-chief of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal and served as one of the youngest mayors in the state of Connecticut for the town of Rocky Hill. He was named to the Hartford Business Journal’s 40 under 40 class of 2011.
