Pamela Ceccarelli Nichols has been named senior vice president — complex manager for Wells Fargo Advisors’ Hartford Complex, which includes the Hartford branch as well as the North Hampton and Springfield, Mass., branches. She had been associate manager for the Wells Fargo Advisors Chicagoland Market. Since joining Wells Fargo Advisors in 2007, she has served as productivity consultant for the Northern Illinois and Iowa territory, and was a productivity manager for the Dallas and Fort Worth major markets. Her nearly 19 years of experience includes work as a branch manager, sales manager, financial advisor and client associate for UBS and Smith Barney.

Simsbury Bank has promoted Michael L. Alberts to the newly created role of senior vice president and chief commercial banking officer. Alberts will be responsible for the bank’s commercial banking strategy and implementation as well as credit administration. Prior to joining Simsbury Bank, he was senior vice president and senior commercial loan officer with Putnam Bank. Prior to that, he was a vice president with Savings Institute Bank & Trust Company and a principal of Woodstock Financial Group, LLC and held several management positions with Fleet Bank. Simsbury Bank is an independent, local bank with approximately $296 million in assets and offices in Avon, Bloomfield, Granby and Simsbury. It also has a loan production office in Canton.

Hugh Blumenfeld, a family practitioner, has joined the medical staff of St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center. He received his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and served as a resident in the University of Connecticut/St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center family practice residency program. Blumenfeld also holds a master’s degree in English language and literature from the University of Chicago and a doctorate in poetics, awarded with distinction by New York University. He also holds two bachelor of science degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition to his medical career, Dr. Blumenfeld is also a professional songwriter and recording artist, with six CDs of original songs on three independent labels and has appeared with Richie Havens; Suzanne Vega; John Mayer; Dar Williams; Ani DiFranco; and Peter, Paul & Mary. He will be practicing as a member of The Family Medicine Center at Asylum Hill.

Leigh Radziwon has been promoted to manager of the New England market’s cosmetic restoration services at Hanger Prosthetics and Orthotics in Newington. Radziwon helps patients who have lost fingers, ears, or noses and are in need of specialized cosmetic prosthetic devices to restore their appearance, by creating lifelike silicone cosmetic prostheses. Radziwon received a master of science degree in education from the University of New Haven and worked as a professional special effects and beauty makeup artist in television and film for more than six years. Her specialty was creating lifelike limbs, heads and creature effects for movies and television; her prior client list includes ESPN, NBC, ABC, The History Channel, and Country Living Magazine, to name a few.

Kerry Corbin has been named relationship coordinator at Bankers’ Bank Northeast in Glastonbury. Corbin, who has been with the bank since 2006, will work closely with the bank’s clients and relationship managers regarding existing and newly implemented services. She has previously worked as a bank teller and accounting associate. Bankers’ Bank Northeast is a correspondent bank serving community banks and credit unions throughout New England and New York State.

Donna M. Finn, a licensed physical therapist with extensive clinical and managerial experience, has joined the Visiting Nurse Association of Central Connecticut as manager of rehabilitation services. She is responsible for managing physical, occupational and speech therapy services. Finn spent 15 years as a therapy supervisor at Franciscan Home Care and Hospice Care in Meriden.

Radhika Deshmukh has been promoted to branch officer at Rockville Bank’s Lafayette Square office in Vernon. Because of severe structural damage to that building this winter, Deshmukh and that branch are operating at a nearby temporary location in the former Tim Hortons shop. Rockville Bank has announced plans to rebuild the Lafayette Square branch on the original site. Deshmukh has more than 10 years of banking experience at Rockville Bank. She began her career in June 2000 as a part-time teller and most recently was the assistant branch manager at Rockville’s Somers branch.

Kim Dibble has been named business development manager at ForeSite Technologies, an East Hartford-based provider of computer, network and website services. Most recently, Dibble was an account executive for Neopost New England. Prior to that, she managed a sales territory covering eastern Connecticut as a senior account sales executive at Pitney Bowes Inc.

Brendan Sullivan has joined Dornenburg Group Advertising and Marketing Communications in Bloomfield as a designer responsible for developing concepts with the creative team. Sullivan has worked as a freelancer for Adams & Knight and as assistant art director for Cronin & Company. The company, founded in 1994, provides research, strategy, creative, media and public relations services.
