The Donaldson Group, an image communications firm based in Simsbury, has added Bill Kelly and Alexandra Wetmore as art directors. Kelly is the founder of Kelly Design Company in Hartford. Wetmore has been art director for Young & Rubicam, as well as the creative director for a Burson-Marsteller entity. The Donaldson Group has added Corey Hansen as assistant account manager/content manager.

Fiduciary Investment Advisors LLC in Windsor has added two investment consultants — Kevin O’Brien and Tyler Polk. O’Brien was a member of the investment staff overseeing the $1.2billion portfolio of Baystate Health, Inc. His background also includes positions at Old Mutual Capital and Phoenix Investment Partners (now Virtus Investment Partners). Polk was a consultant at Lindberg & Ripple Inc. where he supervised the group retirement division. His previous roles also include retirement plan wholesaler and plan manager at Hartford Life.

The Marriott Hartford Downtown has appointed Candy Iannucci-Guay as corporate sales manager and Jayne Fletcher as group sales manager of the AAA four-diamond-rated hotel. Iannucci-Guay most recently worked as an event manager at the Marriott Hartford Downtown, sales manager at the CT Expo Center, and in event management at several Boston hotels. Fletcher was with the Stamford Marriott where she managed business travel and group sales. Prior to that, she was owner of a travel management firm. The hotel is managed by Waterford Hotel Group.

Ryan has more than 20 years of software solution development experience. He has led teams of up to 40 developers.
