Brian D. Nichols and Eric R. Greenberg have joined the health law practice group at Robinson & Cole in Hartford. Nichols returns to the firm from Drinker Biddle, where he was an associate in the health law group. Greenberg served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Patti B. Saris, district judge for the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and worked at the Rhode Island Department of Health in the Division of Licensure and Discipline.

Kathleen M. Noone has joined St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center as executive director, oncology service line. She will partner with Jonathan Sporn, physician leader of the oncology service line, in taking responsibility for the continuum of cancer patient needs. Noone most recently served as assistant director of nursing for inpatient cancer services and the department of radiation oncology at Stony Brook University Hospital, Stony Brook, N.Y. She has also held nursing leadership positions at Winthrop University Hospital, Mineola, N.Y., and Long Island Jewish Medical Center, New Hyde Park, N.Y. Also, St. Francis has added three physicians. Jameela R. Fulton, a podiatric surgeon, served as an intern in general surgery, a resident in podiatry, and chief resident in podiatry at Maricopa Integrated Health System, Phoenix. She is practicing as a member of Greater Hartford Orthopedic Group, P.C. Benjamin J. Wycherly, M.D., of Canton, a specialist in otolaryngology and otology, served as an intern and resident in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery at Georgetown University Hospital, Washington, and as a fellow in otology and neurotology at the Silverstein Institute, Sarasota, Fla. He is practicing as a member of ProHealth Physicians/The Connecticut Sinus Institute. And Zeeshan S. Aziz, a specialist in otolaryngology, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, served as an intern in general surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, and as a resident and chief resident in otolaryngology at Southern Illinois University, Springfield. He also served as a fellow in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at Indiana University, Indianapolis. Prior to entering medical school, Dr. Aziz served as a pulmonary researcher at the Boston University School of Medicine. He is practicing as a member ProHealth Physicians/Federal Hill Subspecialty Group, in Bristol.

Kenneth W. Knight joined Employee Family Protection as assistant vice president of finance and human resources. He was previously the controller/assistant treasurer at Crabtree & Evelyn, where he worked for 17 years. The employee benefit enrollment and communication firm is headquartered in Glastonbury.

Joann Brogis has joined Simsbury Bank as a commercial relationship manager. She had been a commercial loan officer at The First National Bank of Litchfield and its successor bank, Union Savings Bank. Previous to that, she was with The Hartford in Simsbury. Brogis is vice president of the Litchfield Education Foundation, a volunteer teacher with Junior Achievement and a member of the Town of Litchfield Capital Improvements Committee

Patricia M. Kane has been promoted to director at Connecticut Wealth Management LLC in Farmington. She had served as a senior financial advisor with the financial planning and investment firm. She is an active member of the College Club of Hartford, the Financial Planning Association of CT Valley and supportive of various women’s organizations within Connecticut.

Eugene A. Leary has been named a senior business development officer in asset-based lending at TD Bank. Based in Bridgeport, Conn., he is responsible for developing new and expanding existing relationships in the New England and Upstate New York market. Prior to joining TD Bank, he worked at GE Capital in Norwalk, Citibank in New York City and Royal Bank of Scotland in Stamford.

Craig Skorupski and Chris Craaybeek have joined J. Morrissey & Co. and will lead the new engineering and manufacturing practice at the executive search, staffing and consulting firm. This is a new service line will be part of the Technology Services Group serving Connecticut and western Massachusetts. Both have experience with engineering and manufacturing clients throughout the area. They specialize in direct hire searches and contract assignments. Also, Keith Varriale has been named director of accounting, finance and office services. He brings more than 14 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, including leadership roles with an international staffing firm along with corporate staffing experience.
