TD Banknorth in Hartford promoted Melissa Gran to vice president. Gran will also continue as business development and sales manager.

Centrian Life Insurance appointed Rose Cahill vice president and director of marketing. Cahill was previously director of firm-wide programs at Bingham McCutchen.

Donna M. Glatz was promoted to senior vice president in payment services at TD Banknorth in New Britain. She will also continue as payment services group manager.

Dominic Fulco III, stockholder at Reid and Riege in Hartford, was elected to the University of Hartford’s Board of Regents.

Todd Picken of The Hartford in Hartford was appointed vice president and assistant treasurer. Previously, he was assistant vice president and assistant treasurer.

The Estate and Business Planning Council of Hartford elected the following officers: Lyn G. Walker, Shipman & Goodwin, president; Stephen M. Guest, Blum Shapiro, vice president; Martin J. Coursey, Coursey Financial Group, secretary; and David L. Sullivan, Reid and Riege, treasurer.

The Connecticut Better Business Bureau in Wallingford hired Hailey H. Avery as communications coordinator. Avery is a recent University of Connecticut graduate.

Jefferson Radiology in Hartford has added three physicians to its practice. Bret Coughlin previously served as vice chairman in the department of radiology at Baystate Medical Center. William Stephen Poole was previously staff radiologist at Baystate Medical Center. David Zimmerman recently completed fellowship training in neuroradiology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
