Jill Spineti was appointed president and CEO of The Governor’s Prevention Partnership in Hartford. Spineti previously was director of the Connecticut Mentoring Partnership.
Asnuntuck Community College in Enfield named Jay Ayotte coordinator of academic information technology. Ayotte formerly worked for Uxbridge Public Schools in Massachusetts as district IT technician II.
Sara-Beth Donovan was hired as senior media planner by Mintz & Hoke Communications Group in Avon. Donovan previously was associate media director at Keiler & Co.
Goodwin College in East Hartford hired John P. Matthews as director of the human services program and acting chair of the business and technology department. Matthews was formerly director of the college’s career academy for service excellence.
Goodwin College also hired Anthony C. Harrington as director of continuing education and community relations and Alan J. Sturtz as director of institutional research. Harrington was coordinator of minority affairs at Tunxis Community College and Sturtz was director of institutional research and planning for the Connecticut State University system.
Keiler & Co. in Farmington hired Amy Foster as account manager, Heather Finocchio as assistant account manager and Shannon Lumley as assistant account manager. Foster was account coordinator at Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos Inc. in Boston. Finocchio worked in new business research and development and public relations at Signature Advertising in Milldale. Lumley worked in marketing and public relations at the Hartford Stage Co. in Hartford.
