Andre “Andy” Motulski has been named senior vice president, chief financial officer at Northwest Community Bank in Winsted.
Motulski brings 13 years of financial experience to his new position.
Previously, he served as the VP/controller at a community bank in western Massachusetts, and was a financial institution examiner at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting at Central Connecticut State University.
