A 122-room Motel 6 in Enfield recently sold for $4.3 million, a 43% increase over its last sale price a decade earlier.
Seasons Hospitality LLC, whose principal is Pankaj Kothari, of Enfield, paid $3 million for the 32,180-square-foot motel on 3.29 acres at 11 Hazard Ave. in 2013. The motel, which is located close to Interstate 91, was built in 1986, according to assessing records.
The property sold to Shiv Shakti Enfield Hotel LLC in a $4.3 million sale recorded Jan. 22. The buyer’s principal is Sunnykumar Patel McDonough, GA, according to a state business filing.Â
