Cox Communications has appointed Jim Morse to director of field systems engineering for the New England-Cleveland region. Morse is responsible for the operation and engineering of the company’s video, data and telephony products in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Ohio. Morse joined Cox in 1996 and most recently served as manager of Multimedia Services. He resides in South Dartmouth, Mass.
