Jonathan Morisset has been promoted to second in command at Enfield Emergency Medical Services.
Morisset attended Central Connecticut State University, and completed the Paramedic Program at Capital Community College in 2009. He started his Emergency Medical Services career in 2004 with Ellington Ambulance.
