Of all home sales across Connecticut in March, 35 percent were transacted in cash, according to Corelogic.
That was flat from a year ago. The national average for the recent month was also 35 percent, down from 39 percent in March 2014, Corelogic said.
Massachusetts had the lowest cash-sale ratio in New England in March, at 24 percent.
Nationally, the cash share of sales has been falling for 27 consecutive months from a Jan. 2011 peak of nearly 47 percent.
