More real estate lead sharing sought

The Connecticut Association of Realtors appears to be a leader in its field. The multiple listing service serving Connecticut Realtors covers most of the state. That’s the kind of coverage Realtors in other states can only envy. The National Association of Realtors says its members generally want to see multiple listing services consolidate to cover more territory, ideally the entire state. The MLS allows all member Realtors to see – and sell — all properties available in a given area.
