Otis Elevator Co. will deliver and install 63 elevators and escalators for Kohinoor Square in Mumbai, one of India’s tallest office towers.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The order is the latest in a series the Farmington lift maker has gotten from that Asian nation. Recently, Otis shipped energy-efficient elevators to Kohinoor Hospital, Asia’s first to receive LEED Platinum certification.
Otis is a division of United Technologies Corp. in Hartford.
