Monts named chief human resources officer at Wheeler

Shaunna Monts has been named chief human resources officer for community health center Wheeler. She succeeds Patricia Speicher Werbner, who retired June 30.

Monts obtained her MBA from the University of Hartford Barney School of Business and holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of New Haven.
