MONEY CONFERENCE DRAWS 350 WOMEN

More than 350 women attended the YWCA Hartford Region 11th annual Money Conference for Women. Keynote speaker, author and financial journalist Stacey Tisdale encouraged the audience to create specific “SMART” goals for their future and manage their money in order to achieve those goals. “You were born with everything you need to achieve your goals,” Stacey said. “Do not let money get in the way.” Pictured are Tisdale, left, and State Treasurer Denise Nappier, the event’s honorary chair.
