Mohegan Sun’s slot revenues climbed 6.6 percent in August.
During the month, Mohegan Sun posted $53.8 million in slot revenues, compared to $50.5 million in the year-ago period, owner Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment said. The amount slot bettors wagered in August, known as the “handle,” was $637.8 million, up from $610.7 million a year ago.
Foxwoods Resort Casino has not yet posted its revenue for the month.
