A 14-story mixed-use office and apartment building in downtown Stamford has sold for $25 million, according to city property records.
The Canterbury Green property at 201 Broad St. contains over 300,000 square feet of office and residential space, including 106 studio, one- and two bedroom apartments.
The property, built in 1986, was purchased in December by 201 Broad Stamford LLC and 201 Equities LLC, both based in New York. State records list Adam Ezrapour, legal counsel for Artimus Construction Inc., as the business contact for 201 Equities. The LLCs share Artimus’ listed business address.
Attempts to reach Ezrapour and Artimus were unsuccessful.
The seller, 201 Broad Street Owner LLC, is controlled by New York-based RFR Realty principals Aby Rosen, Michael Fuchs, Frank Mangieri and Thomas Lavin. The group had owned the property since 2007.
In a separate transaction in December, the same ownership group sold the 197,150-square-foot office tower at 177 Broad St. for $13.2 million to Stamford-based RMS Cos., which plans to convert that building into 231 apartments.
The Canterbury Green property sits on roughly two acres and is appraised at $59.1 million, with an assessed value of $41.3 million, records show.
