A century-old, mixed-use Hartford building with 13 apartments recently sold for $3.5 million.
Marconi Enterprises sold the nearly 12,000-square-foot brick building at 97-103 Maple Ave. to SREP Southend LLC, of West Hartford, in a deal logged by the city June 22, according to Hartford assessing records.
SREP’s ownership ties back through several LLC’s whose principals include Christopher Muscatello, of Nashville; Dean Tahir, of Hartsdale, New York; Zimmerman Holdings, of Fort Lee, New Jersey; and Daniel Dvoskin, of West Hartford.
The principal for the seller, Marconi Enterprises, is Filadelfo Ossino.
Marconi also sold a 40-unit apartment building in New Britain in a $2.8 million sale logged by that city in April.Â
