A three-story, brick building in south Hartford with eight apartments over first-floor retail space recently sold for $900,000.
DSA Properties, whose principal Samir Balic, of Middle Village, New York, sold the 1910-vintage building at 442-450 New Britain Ave. to KM Property LLC through a deed recorded on Dec. 11.
The buyer’s principal is Kevin Mendez, of Hartford.Â
