A multibuilding, mixed-use property in Westport has been sold for more than $15 million.
“The Westporter,” at 793 Post Road, was sold in mid-September by developer DMC Westport LLC and Lighthouse Living Enterprises LLC to real estate management firm PAR Westport LLC and Paredim Communities LLC based in New York, for $15.3 million.
The Westporter is a boutique-style complex with 28 apartments, including some townhouse-style units, and four ground-floor retail spaces.
The six buildings in the complex are all three stories, and range from 3,700 square feet to 9,700 square feet.
The residential units are 100% occupied. DMC bought the property for $2.5 million in 2016, according to town property records.
Eric Pentore, Victor Nolletti, Westley Klockner and Ross Friedel of Marcus & Millichap represented both the seller and the buyer in this deal.
