Avon ad agency Mintz + Hoke of Avon has promoted Megan Barta to media planner and Ben Cadwell to senior account executive.
Barta joined the agency in 2013 as media assistant. In her new role, she works with the media team to optimize media delivery focused on customer engagement. Barta’s clients include brands in the dining and entertainment, insurance and healthcare sectors with national, regional and local campaigns.
Cadwell joined Mintz + Hoke in 2013 as an account executive. In his new role, he oversees inception, development and delivery of marketing programs.
