Avon advertising agency Mintz + Hoke has promoted Stephanie (Steph) Clason from executive assistant to the CEO and coordinator of business development to operations + people lead.
In her new role, Clason owns the bird’s eye view of what is happening with all the firm’s practices. She also manages business growth opportunities across the agency and focuses on many operational aspects that are related to technology, human capital and operational effectiveness.
