Kendell Doors and Hardware has leased office space in North Haven to establish a new Northeast base of operations.
The company, which is headquartered in Minnesota, leased 9,500 square feet of industrial space at 30 Montowese Avenue.
The company says the location, which has easy access to I-91, will be used as its new East Coast distribution center. Kendell now has 14 locations in ten states. This is its first in Connecticut.
The business specializes in hollow metal doors & frames, wood doors, hardware, access control, specialty products, and security solutions for commercial and institutional customers.
The North Haven building was previously the home to the Life Changing Ministries church.
The listing broker was Stephen Press of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services.
