Andrew W. Minikowski has joined the Connecticut Office of Consumer Counsel as a staff attorney. Prior to arriving at OCC, Minikowski worked as an attorney for the Connecticut Fund for the Environment Inc., where his practice included land use litigation and appeals, proceedings before municipal zoning and inland wetlands agencies, and internal legal advice to a 501(c)(3) company.
