A 694-square-foot Dunkin’ location in Torrington recently sold for $2.35 million.
In a deed recorded April 7, Zepka Properties LLC acquired the roughly seven-year-old, fast-food restaurant building on four-tenths of an acre at 305 East Main St., from JLG Realty LLC.
The buyer’s principals are Peter and Elizabeth Zepka, who share a Harwington address. The seller’s principals are George Mussalli and Sherine Rabbat, who, according to state business records, share an address in Milton, Massachusetts.
Mussalli and Rabbat acquired the property for $1.68 million in 2020, according to city assessor records.
