A building in the Millbrook Business Center in Branford has sold for $1.17 million to a private investor.
The one-story, 17,151 square-foot site at 67-1 N. Branford Rd. is a light manufacturing building built in 1983, and it is appraised at $827,000.
The multi-tenanted building is in an industrial condominium association and it is fully tenanted with industrial, retail, and contractor tenants who have been in place no less than a dozen years, according to a press release from The Geenty Group, Realtors, which is based in Branford.
The building was sold by 67 Milbrook Limited Partnership to Newington-based 67 North Branford Road, LLC., and its principal Thomas Briggs, in a deal recorded July 1.
Kevin Geenty and Kristin Geenty represented the seller, with Renee Stevens of Press Cuozzo in Hamden as the agent for the buyer.
