A one-story warehouse in Milford has sold for $2 million, according to the city’s land records.
64 Raton LLC, controlled by New York-based Peter Belford, acquired the 8,890-square-foot building at 64 Raton Drive in April. Belford did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The seller was KJC Holdings, controlled by Gerald Petti, of New York. He acquired the building for $575,000 in 2011, according to property records.
The building, which occupies a 1.36-acre parcel and was built in 1988, was appraised at $654,750 and assessed at $458,330 in 2024.
