SG Milford LLC of Quincy, Mass., sold Unit 2 of the 10,200-square-foot property at 58 Wellington Road, Milford, for $787,500 to Southport-based Coastal Holdings LLC and principal Alyssa Kolesar, in a deal recorded Sept. 1.
The seller, SG Milford, is affiliated with The Grossman Companies, Inc., and President Jacob M. Grossman, according to property records.
Built in 1981, the one-story building sits on quarter-acre property in the Merritt Parkway/I-95 corridor near Wheeler Farm Road.
The building, according to city records, was fully leased at the time of sale.
The property has a total appraised value of $950,000.
The listing brokers were Carl G. Russell and Nanette Pastore of H. Pearce Commercial Properties.
