Milford medical information provider Cardiopulmonary Corp. on Wednesday announced it will merge with Philadelphia medical device firm Nuvon sometime in the next two months.
The combined company is expected to offer a platform for real-time data management on patients so health care providers can know the most effective, safest and least expensive way to treat them.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Each company’s board of directors has approved the deal, and it is expected to close within 60 days.
