A manufacturing building at 45 Woodmont Rd. in Milford sold in June for $2.7 million.
The 28,000-square-foot industrial building was built in 1963 and sits on 6.6 acres. The property has a total appraised value of $2.1 million.
Seller Franbard Milford LLC. and principal Peter J. Francini sold the property to 45 Woodmont LLC and its principal H. Roger Funk in a deal recorded June 17.
The industrial building is home to Practical Automation Inc., which manufactures thermal printers.
According to its website, the company designs kiosk and rugged ticket printers used for airline, museums, cinema, waterparks, stadium passes, and retail in the U.S.
The website says Practical Automation is part of the Alinabal family of companies, which recently sold an 11.8-acre property at 28 Woodmont Rd. with two manufacturing buildings for $14.5 million.
The agent on the 45 Woodmont deal was Carl Russell of H. Pearce Real Estate Co., Inc.
