A factory property in Milford has sold for $2.3 million, according to the city’s property records.
R & P Leasing LLC has bought the 15,643-square-foot, one-story building at 180 Wampus Lane, from Newcastle Associates LLC, controlled by Donald and Joseph Epifano, both of Trumbull. They own general contractor Epifano Builders, which is headquartered in the Wampus Lane building.
R & P Leasing LLC is controlled by Patrick Lewis of West Haven. He owns All Electric Construction in West Haven. Calls to Lewis were not immediately returned.
The building, which sits on 1.54 acres and was built in 1968, is appraised at $762,740 and is assessed at $533,930, property records show. The Epifanos bought the property for $540,000 in 2004.
