Two commercial properties on Boston Post Road in Milford, including a restaurant and retail store, have sold for $2 million.
The buildings at 1590 and 1596 Boston Post Road were sold by Orange-based Milford Post Company LLC and principal Gary M. Richetelli, to Colony Parks LLC and principal Eric Wohl of Glastonbury, in a deal recorded July 3.
The restaurant at 1590 Boston Post Road was built in 1950 and contains 2,660 square feet of space currently occupied by a smoothie shop.Â
The commercial building at 1596 Boston Post Road was built in 1999 and contains nearly 5,000 square feet of space that is home to a mattress store.
The property is less than 1 acre in a busy commercial area of Route 1, near other retailers including Whole Foods and Costco. The site has a total appraised value of $1.9 million.
