Milford-based real estate firm Houlihan Lawrence Wareck D’Ostilio has joined an international network of high-end realtors, Luxury Portfolio International (LPI) announced Tuesday.
Wareck was one of 12 brokerages this month to join the New York-based group, which offers marketing to independent companies across the world. With its newest members, LPI expanded its reach into Singapore and the Caribbean.
LPI President Mickey Alam Khan said, “We are honored to welcome these new members to the LPI family… and we look forward to bringing new buyers from around the world to their unique markets.”
LPI is the luxury arm of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, a global network of 550 independent firms with 136,000 sales associates in more than 70 countries, according to a news release.
Wareck D’Ostilio announced in January it would team up with New York-based Houlihan Lawrence as an independent affiliate.
Now called Houlihan Lawrence Wareck D’Ostilio, the brokerage has offices in New Haven, Milford, Woodbridge, Branford and Old Saybrook.
