Milford-based Splash Car Wash opening 2nd Vermont location

A Connecticut-based car wash group continues to expand throughout New England with the opening of its second Vermont location.

Splash Car Wash, headquartered in Milford, announced this week that it will open an express wash in Shelburne, Vermont, which brings the chain’s total number of locations to 63.

The new Shelburne wash will feature a wash with 30 self-service vacuums, half of which are indoors. Splash is also working on a third Vermont location in Rutland, which is expected to open in late May.

The car wash industry has seen a recent boom with new projects sprouting up around Connecticut and the Northeast.
