MidState Medical Center has been awarded the Gold level of the MassExcellence Award.
MassExcellence is Massachusetts’ only statewide Baldrige-based organizational assessment, and organizational award program modeled after the national Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.
It was created by Congress to teach leaders how to run their organizations in a manner that enables a good work culture while building competitive and economically sound organizations.
