Middletown’s ChangeInc acquires Hartford adult care home

A Middletown provider of non-medical home and behavioral health services says it’s acquired a residential care home in Hartford.

ChangeInc, which provides services to Connecticut and Massachusetts patients, announced Tuesday that it’s acquired Maple Leaf Manor, based at 614 New Britain Ave., for an undisclosed amount.

The deal marks the Middletown company’s second acquisition in the last five months.

In August, ChangeInc announced it purchased Bozrah-based QC Homecare Solutions’ home care division. Financial terms were not disclosed.
