A warehouse at 299 Industrial Park Road, Middletown, has sold for nearly $1.8 million, in a deal recorded July 29.
Durham-based Twenty Lexington LLC and principals William Bacha and Mark Hoover sold the warehouse with office space to 299 Industrial LLC, according to town records. Principals Bernard D. Werzberger and Peretx Lubin, both of New Jersey, could not be reached for comment.
Frank Hird of O, R & L Commercial was the broker for both parties in the deal. He said the new owners plan to lease the space.
Built in 1982, the property has an appraised value of $1.2 million.
Building plans show a 17,000-square-foot warehouse connected to 10,000 square feet of office space sitting on 2.4 acres.
The property features 52 parking spaces plus trailer parking.
Industrial Park Road is located off Interstate 91 near the Middletown-Cromwell town line.
