A fully leased Middletown commercial real estate portfolio with four retail buildings has sold for $7.25 million, according to a broker involved in the deal.
The buildings — located at 635-655 South Main St. and 55 Ward St. — contain more than 79,000 square feet of space, according to Luke Massirio, of O,R&L Commercial in Rocky Hill, who represented the seller 635-651 South Main Street LLC.
The buyer, Make Properties LLC, was procured by Thomas Wilks, also of O,R&L Commercial. Make Properties LLC is controlled by Eileen, Matthew and Andrew Hasson, who have a Cromwell business address.
Tenants in the properties include Denny’s, the state Department of Labor, Seasons Federal Credit Union, and others.
