Ellafi Federal Credit Union, formerly known as Seasons Federal Credit Union, has named longtime executive Robyn Swanson as its new CEO.
Middletown-based Ellafi Federal Credit Union, formerly known as Seasons Federal Credit Union, has named longtime executive Robyn Swanson as its new president and CEO.
Her elevation follows the retirement of previous CEO Keith Wiemert last fall. Swanson was selected after a nationwide search.
She previously served as senior vice president and has been with the organization for 27 years.
“We took our time to identify the strongest leader for Ellafi’s next chapter,” said Board Chair Jim Misenti. “Robyn was the clear choice.”
The credit union manages $175 million in assets, and
last year completed a strategic rebrand from Seasons Federal Credit Union to Ellafi, defining the organization’s mission as advancing economic resilience and financial independence for women and their allies.
Ellafi has also begun construction in Middletown on a new transaction center to support continued expansion.
In 2025, Swanson was recognized by the Hartford Business Journal as
one of its Women in Business honorees.
