Fred A. Messore, a commercial realtor and development specialist, has been promoted to senior vice president of Colonial Properties Inc. in Orange.
Messore has been a member of Colonial Properties’ team for more than six years and has twice earned the award for “Most Completed Transactions” from the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors- Commercial/Investment Division. He was also honored by the West Haven Chamber of Commerce as the 2012 “Business Person of the Year.”
Prior to joining Colonial Properties, he served six years as the executive director for the West Haven Economic Development Corp. and is serving in the same capacity on a part-time basis for the Town of Seymour.
