The Route 5 retail center houses 31 retail suites and 311,290 square feet, with 1,025 feet of frontage on Route 5. The facility includes a mix of tenants including Marshalls, Michael’s, Burlington Coat Factory, Edge Fitness, Pier 1 Imports, Skechers, PetSmart, Big Y and McDonald’s.
The property owner is Castle Rock Equity Group.
