A Meriden office property known as the “Cloverleaf” building has sold for $2.7 million, town records show.
The 22,624-square-foot property at 1064 East Main St., sold last month.
The buyer was WS CLOVERLEAF LLC, which is controlled by Todd Taylor and Daniela Bozano of Guilford.
The seller was CLOVERLEAF REALTY LLC, which is controlled by Daniel and Edward Roman.
Tenants in the property include financial and health-related businesses including the Credit Union League of Connecticut and Achieve Financial Credit Union.
The building, which was erected in 1988, sits on a 1.13 acre property with 95 surface parking spaces, according to CoStar.
