🔒Meriden apartments sell for $11.7M

A 103-unit apartment property in Meriden has sold for $11.7 million.

The eight-building property at 390 Bee St., which is known as the “Flats at 390,” sold in late December.

The buyer was Bee Street Ventures LLC, which is controlled by David Rosenberg out of Brooklyn, New York.

The seller was Infinity Crossing LLC, which is controlled by Yechezkel Landau of Lakewood, New Jersey.

The apartment building contains one- and two-bedroom units with rents that average between $1,268 to $1,374, according to CoStar.

The property was built in 1989 and covers 3.6 acres, including 150 surface parking spaces, according to CoStar.
